 I'm usually pretty busy, so please PLEASE please don't be offended if I don't  (or The Bead Place doesn't) respond to your comments.  Our blog posts are only imported through an RSS feed from my main blog.  I will try my best to check the Hive once a week because I teach nightly.  If you have questions on any projects, for a prompter response, please e-mail me, the store, or comment through the website.  Thank you for understanding!  Lovin' the hive and everyone on it!  I just wish I had more time to spend on here!

My name is Abbi Berta. I am an expert jewelry making instructor. I have been making jewelry for over a decade and have been teaching the art for nearly 5 years. I teach everything from wire sculpting and metal works to bead weaving and fiber arts. Most of my nights are spent teaching classes at my family's bead store, The Bead Place, in Fairview Heights, IL. My popular classes are also available to book off-site, such as at a beading or crafting event or bead store out of the St. Louis area.
