so many dolls i want to do but very little

oh donna and lesley i dont know how u do it you girls just keep popping out those dolls one right after another lolol you must have so much time   but with me working and on my days off i dont get enough time to do what i want sure i still make a doll but it seems its taking forever maybe if i take a different aproach like making more heads at one time not just cutting them out but sewing them  then the same with the bodies   like i said i have some doll ideas i want to do but so little time to dothem in i cant believe it took me so long just to sew the mermaid together

 i got vacation comeing one week beginning of oct and i told hubby im going to clean house before that time and then all im going to do is sit on my you know what and make dolls dolls dolls lolol  i do want to make four of them by xmas but dont know about that i finally did the fingers for my hands for mermaid so tommorrow ill sew her head on and finish putting on sequins on to cover where i connected her   

then ill finish on holly  then ill start my other doll    anyway    i really been thinking of cutting my avalabilty down at work

maybe two days then i can focus on home and maybe i can open a account on estsy  and trying to sell some not much because im not that good yet    oh bye the way i posted about hats if anyway has suggestion or pattern let me know

Hi Vonda....Yes doll making is soooo time consuming. I don't think people realize what goes into finishing 1 doll.

Honestly , I really believe the best approach to starting and completing a doll , is to do just 1 dolll  at a time.When Yoou start to have multiple heads and costumes,and supplies out for 3 or 4 dolls at a time, it just slows down the whole process.......

im a beginner doll maker i used to make porcalien dolls a long time ago then i decided to get into quilting well i put that down and got back into doll making im making my first cloth doll
