My home office & craft room - finally organized!

Between our home downsizing and losing my actual off site office, my new office/craft room had been feeling overwhelming to get into any kind of reasonable order. I decided to do the unthinkable and actually hire someone to help me out with this project.

While it didn't start out quite as bad as this photo (she has it all torn apart to sort)... it wasn't really a whole lot better...

Today... it looks much better!

(the space in the middle is for me to move my printer to - so I can get it off of my desk and have more room where I sit)

I still have homework, but it is so nice having a colorful cheery place to work and craft now!

Love, love, love the colorful bins! I have the exact same wire shelving unit and while it is organized it sure doesn't look as nice as yours!

Thanks everyone! It took about 4 visits with the professional organizer (and apparently a lot of shopping for these colorful bins) to get it this way. It's kind of weird having such a perfectly bright, cheery and organized space. It's been great because each time I've needed something today I knew exactly where to find it.

I made all the little tags hanging off my baskets with my new sizzix also... great to know my toys are getting used too!

Oh my - this looks fabulous! Can I come and use your space??? Over the christmas holiday I ended up cleaning my master bedroom closet - tons of stuff thrown away and tons donated. Hopefully sometime this year I will do the same to my craft room.
