I have always dreamed of becoming a professional Wedding Photographer, but never really thought this would ever happen. Until not that long ago, when I finally took the plunge.
In Switzerland I went to photography school and was known for my distinct eye, for creative details and for out-of-the-box imagery. I am now taking all of my experience, to capture love. That is my quest.

How to Master Flare Photography
Flare effects are one of my favorites to do when capturing images of couples. It adds that softness, that romance and that creative take on a simple shot. It is fun and once you know how - so easy!
Details: 1/200s - f/2.8 - ISO 320 - Focal Length 200.0mm
Flare happens when you turn your camera right into sunlight. Now, if you work on Auto, the camera will try to get the image dark enough to reduce the 'error' and you will end up with a dark, if not black silhouette of the person that you want to take a picture of.
Turn your DSLR on manual and open up the aperture to the lowest number you can possibly get (i.e. 1.4, 2.8, 3.5,..) This will let in the light and produce the flare. Once you've adjusted the aperture play around with the shutter time. You want your picture to be very light, so overexposing is a must.
