I've been trying to get my craft on and enjoy my new Sizzix Big Shot while resting and recouperating from being sick (again). I have to say that I LOVE THIS MACHINE! It's been really fantastic. Let me show you some things I've been working on....
This blog will just give you a Peek at my projects. I'll write tutorials and full blogs on each of them this weekend and over next week...

The flowers were cut from paper, then I used Collague Pauge to decoupae them onto canvas, highlight with paint, tissue paper and buttons.... See the Painted flower tutorial.

Last weekend I started some embroidered felt flowers. This weekend I decided to make a bouquet out of them. I think they came out quite pretty, if I do say so myself. The sizzix made this so quick and easy since all I really had to decide was which felt pieces I wanted to put together. Soooo much opportunity for creativity!! I can't wait to make more!

Finally, I got this great die cut from Eileen Hull before Christmas but didn't have the chip board to make it. Now I get to play with it a little. Maybe Lily and I should make a little Easter villiage.
Oh, and don't you love the lacy cupcake trimwork? I made that with a new punch from Fiskars. Oh yeah, it's going to be lots of fun to play with!
Now, if you want to see how I made any of this, just stay tuned... I'll put up some tutorials that will let you have a little multi dimensional fun with your sizzix too!! It's not just for papercrafts you know!
