How's your knitting game?

What happens when you get 2-6 knitters together for a game of Last Knitter Standing?  Check out the game details, yarn games and more section and join the avid fans on Facebook and Ravelry for all the buzz.  Liven up your next knitting group gathering by playing and creating a fun game environment.  Challenge your knowledge of knitting and encourage everyone to join in the fun.  The game also makes an awesome fundraiser event (love that) and a great knitting gift.  Give it a try!

Over the weekend, I watched the Harry Potter marathon for a couple of hours and heard this quote by Albus Dumbledore.  Do you remember it?  I perked up in my theater seat when I first heard it.

"No, I was merely reading the Muggle magazines," said Dumbledore. "I do love knitting patterns." For more quotes from The Harry Potter movies, visit MuggleNet.com

Happy Fat Tuesday!

Never understood the Harry Potter craze, so can't say I remember any of the quotes.  But, a knitting game might be fun....cept my knitting friends are on line friends.  My friends think I'm a looney always knitting or crocheting or rolling yarn into a ball.  They don't get it, soooooooooooooo who will play with me....still, a game you say, hum.  Gotta check it out.

Sandy - you gotta get more knitting friends - lol!  I know, same here.  The knitting group I was with before I moved has tried this game and loves it and I have high hopes of joining in the game soon myself.  It's a real balancing act Donna and Sandy.  We always have to choose how we will spend our time and it always seem to be yarn play first!  Have a great week.
