If you are like me, you have a kajillion login and passwords scattered everywhere. You can never remember any of them when you need it and as often as you try to keep your passwords memorable, with the combinations required by some sites, or simply needing to keep some things private and not duplicated it gets confusing.
I got to thinking that I have this great rolodex, that is completely worthless in it's current state. I don't really need to keep everyone's name, address and phone number on one, that's what I have gmail for. Best of all, it's easy to update, and the manual rolodex is not.
Still, I hate throwing things away and right now I have the definite need to keep things organized and functional. so... here's my plan.

I assembled my old Christmas cards, and of course piles of paint chips. Then I traced one of the old rolodex cards onto my new card stock.
*TIP! You can color code or type code your cards here. For example, I'll be using paint chips for all of my professional login & password sites.

Now that you've got them all cut out, you'll want to add your information. I used my handy dandy label maker - let's face it, I'm always looking for an excuse to use it!

Now, to be clear, I do NOT recommend putting your banking information, or any account info that could easily be comprimised to steal your money or identity. This is primarily for sites like blogging communities, email newsletter accounts or other sites that you might have trouble remembering.
For me, I have an assistant and I'm hoping it will be something we can both use so that we can keep track of all of our professional accounts.
