24 CommentsToday begins another fun happening in TheHive. We've spent a month getting ready and are soooo excited to be doing this for the first time ever! This giveaway has only happened through the generosity of our members and their donations.... so don't forget to thank the artist/business who has provided that's day's drawing and please stop by their shop.
So, let's get to the rules... Contests and giveaways are fun, but on our end they can have some difficulties. This blog is specifically to let everyone know the rules. This blog will not count toward entries - it only serves the purpose of providing everyone with information on how to win!
THE RULES (Daily giveaways)-
- In order to enter into that day's giveaway, you must comment on that day's blog thread by the end of the day.
- You may comment as often as you like - please do - but only one entry will be counted per person for that giveaway.
- There will be a daily drawing of winners. You can win only one daily prize but keep commenting because you can still win the grand prize!
Additional ways to enter the Grand prize giveaway - do some or all of these
- All daily entries will go into grand prize giveaway, including daily prize winners
- Tweet that day's 12 days entry and include the hashtag #Hive12days (it is also recommended that you use the hashtags #twitterbees & #freebies for additional exposure when possible)
- Invite new members! Each time a new member joins who is referred by you during the 12 days of Christmas, you will receive an additional entry to the Grand Prize!
- Tell your facebook friends! Use the FB share link to tell everyone about our contest - then tell us by leaving us the URL to your FB page in the comments (yes, that could be your daily comment entry)
- Using your "outside blog", let everyone know about our exciting new contest by doing a blog about it. Helping us get more exposure will help you win by earning you an additional entry.
Some additional things to know -
All gifts were donated by the artist/sponsoring company. Most will be mailing them to you directly and we do not have ownership of them. It is the responsibility of the sponsoring artist/company to deliver these to members. TheHive does not accept responsibility for lost, damaged or non-delivered giveaway items.
No Hive staff members may enter the contest. We will be commenting, but we do not have the right to win (which really stinks because I personally really LOVE some of these pieces!)
