I posted this last year, and with approaching age, i feel it gets more and more appropriate Of course, age is a state of mind too—-you can see where i’m going! I’ve added a few things too, one does change a bit on a birthday after all.

I thought i’d have a party. That’s the band. Worms, onions and rust will be served. Tie dye and shibori slow cloth dress is optional. Dangling threads and loose beads are de rigeur, doncha know. Please also note that mordants will be gratefully accepted. And no one will laugh at your frayed edges.

Ribald frivolity is definitely encouraged.
