Artist Profile

My name is Lance Perry, and I am a self taught artist living in the piney woods of east Texas.

My love for art began when I was a kid, but it was placed on a shelf until my senior year of highschool. Thanks to a great teacher, and the introduction of many media, it was then that I realized that I had to create art every day.

I love experimenting with new mediums, but polymer clay, paper clay, and epoxy clay are my staples. 

 I take inspiration from a VERY wide array of things; old holiday post cards, cheesy roadside sculptures, German Nutcrackers, nursery rhymes, stop motion animation, movies in general, animals, bugs, the moon, and so much more.

 It is my goal to take the aforementioned mediums, and the following inspirations to create quality one of a kind folk art that will hopefully put a smile on your face.
