Who are your favorite artists and why do they inspire you?
Patti Medarius Culea, Sherry Goshon,Michelle Munzone, Linda Misa, EPB,Judy Ward as far as dolls yet the list is truly much larger...they all have their own style and freely share pointers because they love what they do and it shows in their creations.
There are several artists who paint fantasy characters that are an inspiration to me when I create my sculptures...their use of whimsy and color always catches my eye..Mickie Mueller was the inspiration for my Brighid after I discovered her painting by the same name.

What gives you inspiration?
New or different methods to use common items you find around you. I am the Queen of recycled goods! I see an object and my muse says now what can we do with that..how can we take a broken item and give it new life possibly as a prop or display stand...or a well loved piece of lace from an estate sale gets a new life on a faery as part of her garment. Ideas come to me when least expected or wanted such as bedtime or driving the car..I "zone out" and ideas of "what if" pop in my head.
