What are your favorite hobbies?
Lately I've been doing a lot of sewing, some applique, and a bit of embroidery here and there. I love creating stuff.
Who are your favorite artists and why do they inspire you?
There are so many! I suppose in some ways, my fave artists are the stay-at-home craftymad mums like me, toiling away for the love of what they do and make. Every day I see something, on Etsy or on blogs, that is such an amazingly creative way to use materials, that it totally blows me away. And that feeling is awesome! So whoever that is on any given day is my favourite artist that day...
What brings you to The Hive? What can we help you with?
I'm looking for ways to celebrate the renaissance that the internet has sparked within the craft movement (and community). I like sharing what I've made or seen with others who appreciate it in the same way as I do. Not everyone is as CraftMad as we are, so we should really support the people who are, and one easy way to reach out is through the internet and sites like this. So I guess I want to see stuff, and share my stuff.
