Friday 18th May and work started before 6 AM. 
 Helen is booking in the entries - as usual there 
are the last minute dolls coming through the door.
 Below is Sharmaine setting up one of the gorgeous displays.
 And  below is Gaye working on her display.

My poor parcel delivery lady was huffing and puffing...
She managed to gasp out,
"What the heck is in the box!!!!!????"


She was kind enough to drop it on the floor just inside
the front door for me. 

I opened up to find my order of 15KG glass beads!!

Why would ANYONE buy 15 KG???? I hear you ask.......
This was the cheapest option and I should be able to sell
some of it on to a fellow bear artist!
I have been searching for steel shot all over Australia, and
found none anywhere. These beads are not as heavy as
steel shot, but they will do the job nicely!


I am currently in the process of redesigning my blog 
and webpage, so please be patient. Everything will be
nicely matching...eventually!

Dudley My New Design For 2012

I am so beary excited to introduce my
BEAR CUB design for 2012. This just might 
be another Toby Award in the making!!
 Dudley is just 4 inches tall, and can be posed
in many different ways. He is 5 way 
jointed and has armature in his limbs.
 I had so much fun photographing him - 
he is so photogenic.
 You have to feel his fur to appreciate how
soft and fur like it is - it is actually French 
Tissavel Faux Fur.
 Dudley is playing hide and seek!
 "Look at me MUM!"
 "Did you say I am already adopted?"
Looks like Dudley has found a new home, but
do let me know if you would like a similar bear.
I have two similar bears on face book and 
hope to list them in my webstore in a few days.
Of course they can be adopted straight from Facebook 
and save me lots of work!

Faith has been relisted on eBay due to so much interest.
Many collectors contacted me to say they 
were "watching" and forgot to bid. 
So if you wish to adopt Faith, make a bid now, so 
you don't miss out.

Faith the Miniature Bunny

 “Faith” is a hand sewn realistic looking miniature Easter bunny constructed with long, and soft imported French Tissavel faux fur. The colour of her silky fur is polar white, and  her head is disc and cotter pin jointed. Faith stands just 7cm tall plus her ears.  She sees through amber glass eyes, and her nose/mouth is hand embroidered using pink cotton. Faith is firmly filled with premium polyester fibre and some steel shot in her belly so she snuggles right into the palm of your hand.



She has been so popular I have relisted her on eBay 
More Easter Bunnies

These two soooo cute bunnies are hoping to
be adopted before Easter. Please contact me
if you would love to have one of these
bunnies at your home in time for Easter.
 They are both made from the super soft
French Tissavel Fur that mimics real fur.
No animals were harmed in the making 
of this fur.

The Seven Dwarfs Find a Home

The seven dwarfs were a commission for 
one of my regular clients. Now that they
are complete Snow White is on the 
drawing board. These bears are about 4.5 
inches tall and are one of a kinds!
