I'm here to learn from some of the best ladies from here (west coast) to the east coast.  I'm trying to learn how to make the best cards and the cutes or the best layout for scrapbooking.  Also trying to learn how to work stamps into all of this to make them look nice and neat.

I'm here to update "About Me" so I can bring this more up tp date about me and my family. I want to add some pictures of my children and grandchildren then my husband and myself. I have 5 grandchildren but we are losing one for good in a few months but we are protecting one other child from the beating of her father, to keep her safe and sound.........

Now about me, I'm a stay at home wife and mother and I take care of my terminally ill husband. They call him that cause they aren't sure how long his heart will last before it gives up.  He is on Oxygen 24 hours a day. I take care of all of his needs and I will someday have to teach one of them how I do things for their father so they can take over is I drop dead or kill in a car wreck or something.  We live off his SSD check and we have been married 43 wonderful years and I wouldn't change a thing.  Even all the hard times (which has been many) that is how much he means to me.

I make cards for our Relief Society (lady's group) in our Church.  That is the best calling ever.

Our son is divorced and has his three children every time he is home, that means week-ends and during the week also. He is a truck driver and well soon begoing back to school to become a Spanish teacher for the College Level.  He can teach High School but to many smartie kids that he can't put up with.  So College will be different.  he spent two years in Chile for a church mission back in 1994 to 1996.  then when he got home he took another 8 levels of spanish so he can teach it.  He is very good and it and that really is a blessing for him.  He should be going back in about another 4 to 6 months if things keeps going the way it is with him and a New lady in his life.  He will be going to college in Portland Oregon when he is ready. These are his three wonderful children. He doeswn't have the face hair no more new girl didn't like it so he cut it. He grew the beard cause we have a friend that is well known for his parenting and our son is in one of his picture.  He is well known thur our church. 

Our daughter is now married to her best friend. He is so wonderful for her.  She was born with a enlarged heart and we never had any problems with it until she married her first husband and he use to beat her and that brought the stress on and cause her heart to start acting up..So after she married her best friend his first thing he wanted to do was to get her heart checked out.  He found her the top Doctor in the nation to look at her at the UCLA Hospital.  So in 2009 they went in and took 2/3 of the inside of her heart out and replaced her value and she is doing wonderful now but will always have three times a year check ups. She does still have some problems but not like what they use to.

We have 5 grandchild and our daughter has two of them.  The boy lives with the father (long story) and the girl lives with her. Our granddaughter has been hit many times by her real father and cries so bad not wanting to go but court order says she has to, until she found on the internet that he beat up his second wife so bad that she called the cops and made a police report.  Dawn got a copy of it and stopped all visits and now she want her husband to adopt the girl and for the boys stepmother to adopt the boy.  So in about three months that all should be done.  We lost the boy in name only but he will always be our grandson.  Our son New girl has a daughter so I'm gaining another granddaughter for sure.
