I went to school for painting and drawing at OSU, and license to teach art. I am waiting to land a full time art teaching job, but in the meantime I love to knit and design new knit creations

What mediums do you prefer to work in?
Paint, collage, yarn, buttons
Who are your favorite artists and why do they inspire you?
I really like Egon Schiele because of his rough but beautiful figures, and Gustav Klimt for his colorful and detail patterning. I also really love Aminah Robinson for her color and detail work, as well as the way she tells stories with her work.
What gives you inspiration?
Going to antique shops, thrift stores, crafting fairs, and art galleries to see the work of other artists.
