I have a love affair with felt and make all kinds of fun creations. I try with every piece I make to go a little further out of my comfort zone and do something new. I feel that doing this increases my creativity and makes me a better artist.
I'm slowly sliding into using paperclay. Not sure yet if this will be something I'll enjoy but I get bored easily so am always looking for something new to try.
Halloween is one of my favorite holidays next to Christmas and I've had so much fun this year creating new and fun dolls and plush dolls. I hope you enjoy seeing some of my designs!
What mediums do you prefer to work in?
Felt. Some fabric, possible paper clay
Who are your favorite artists and why do they inspire you?
There are too many to name. I love painters, doll makers, paper artists, designers and crafters. The mediums they all work in, the colors they use, how I feel when I see their work, it's all inspiring.
What gives you inspiration?
Sights, sounds, colors, nature, my dog, everything.
